Refund and return policy
You have 6 months or 180 days after submitting your order to enjoy your product and give it enough time to benefit you. Like many of our satisfied customers, we hope you benefit immensely from this and happily reorder each time you run out.
We recommend that you enjoy your product as much as you can before contacting us for a refund. You have every right to make the most of your extensive warranty period and we encourage you to do so. But if you’re not happy with what you see and feel, it’s easy to contact us for a refund.
Make sure you follow the simple 3-step process below to get refunded for your order.
Please make sure you are still within the 6 month warranty period after submitting your order. If you don’t know when this happened, check your email for the shipping date or check your order receipt.
Please email us to let us know you are requesting a refund. This step is very important. Be sure to add “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email to save time and be helped by the right person.
Please send all your bottles, empty and unopened, to our returns address below. No return label is required and you need to cover postage. Please email us the tracking ID of your return to ensure fast handling.
Add a note to your order that includes:
Your full name
Your order number (check your email for this)
Your email address used for your order

Please ensure you contact us and receive confirmation from an agent before returning your order, otherwise this may result in us being unable to locate your return and delaying your refund.
Once we receive your returned order and register it, you will be refunded in full. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated. It usually takes 5 to 10 days to appear on your statement.
